Vertex Education
Vertex Education is a company that partners with charter schools to support them through a variety of services. Their mission is to be the premier partner for any school, delivering innovative solutions for any problem with unmatched quality and efficiency, enabling schools to focus on their mission. I have worked at Vertex Education since November 2023 and support their client Legacy Traditional Schools through their marketing services. While I exclusively work for Legacy Traditional Schools, I still occasionally support Vertex on a few select projects.
Smart Brief
In 2025, Vertex released an article for Smart Brief showcasing 5 Cost-Saving Opportunities for School Leaders. While they had the article written and the ad space secured to promote it, they didn’t have a fully executed design for the article or digital ads built out for it. They requested help from my team, and I was able to take on this project, jumping into the Vertex Brand to design an interactive PDF for them, in addition to creating digital ads for Smart Brief.
Although I work for Vertex Education, I don’t work with their brand guidelines as much as I do for Legacy. It was an adjustment to refresh myself on their brand standards and assets, but the result was this beautiful interactive PDF that I am very proud of. I loved being able to support my Vertex colleagues in this way.
